A request is not a reservation

Submitting this form asks ALIBI to review your date and event. It does not confirm equipment availability, reserve a date, create an event-service agreement or collect payment.

Pricing and proposals

Displayed prices are package starting points and listed enhancements. Custom work, travel, applicable taxes, venue requirements and final availability are confirmed in your proposal. Prices labeled “from” vary with the selected scope.

Booking terms

Event services, arrival times, payment schedules, retainers, cancellation policies and responsibilities will be stated in a separate proposal and agreement before booking. No unconfirmed cancellation or retainer policy is implied here.

Equipment and participation

Guests must follow attendant instructions. The 360 experience does not permit jumping, drinks on the platform or grabbing the moving arm. Suitability and setup requirements are reviewed for each event.

Images and planned enhancements

Photography placeholders are not historical event photographs. Any future imagery labeled “Concept Visualization” represents a styled concept. ALIBI Immersive is a planned enhancement subject to confirmation.
